For each Sunshine Toast you will need:
1 slice of bread - I used Vogels but any bread will work
1 egg
margarine
cookie cutter
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grease a tray with margarine.
Spread margarine over the piece of bread.
Cut a shape with your cutter. Size will depend on the size of the bread and egg. (This time our eggs were too small for our cutter but it still held together and the kids didn't care.)
Lift out the shape and place both pieces on the tray.
Crack the egg into the centre of the bread.
Bake for 7 minutes. You can cook it for longer to get a firm yolk but the white tends to go a bit rubbery.
This also works with a scrambled egg.
Enjoy!
