Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding

180g flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g sugar
40g cocoa
40g walnuts (optional)
40g butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
200ml milk

In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.
Add the walnuts, melted butter, vanilla and milk to make a batter that drops off the spoon when lifted.
Spread into a greased dish

70g Brown sugar
20g Cocoa
420ml Boiling water

Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa to cover top of pudding
Pour over boiling water

Cover with tinfoil or lid
Bake 180ºC for 45min – 1 hour
